What you will learn?
This is a great class for individuals who are new to pole dancing. It is not necessary to have any prior fitness or dance experience. Each lesson builds on the preceding one with new spins, techniques, and choreography. So, whether you're looking to meet new friends or boost your self-esteem, you'll leave with a greater feeling of awe for what you can achieve. Strengthen your foundation pole techniques and expand your pole repertoire. Beginner pole dance classes will teach you new spins and choreography as well as basic inversions such as laybacks, butterfly’s, and more advanced pole sits. You'll also master the fundamentals of spinning pole, such as how to spin with control and fluidity while simultaneously strengthening your muscles.
In this lesson, you will learn fascinating combinations of tricks, spins, and flow in the basic pole dance classes. As your strength grows, you'll learn to butterfly and other gravity-defying gymnastics, including as hanging upside down from one leg. Whether you've just moved up from Beginners Level 2 or are almost ready for Intermediate Level 2, you'll always be working at a level that's appropriate for you, and you'll be given options along the way. Your spinning pole repertoire will grow as you learn to control the momentum with incredible spins and feats.

Excellent For Beginners & Advanced Dancers!
This class is for complete beginners with no prior fitness experience, as well as those with a lower intermediate level of fitness. There's no need to reduce weight or attend other fitness classes before starting this programme because you'll tone up, strengthen your muscles, and learn everything you need to know in the class. You'll also get in shape while having a good time! You will master the fundamentals of pole workout methods and strength training in this programme. This is the first step in our custom-made pole syllabus, which will teach you all you need to know to go to pole levels 2–4.
We recommend that you attend Pole Intro & Level One until you feel confident inverting on your own; however, you are free to stay in this class as long as you like until you are ready to move on. This one-hour class will begin with a 10-minute warm-up, then go on to exercises, increasing pole abilities, and finishing with a soothing cool-down stretch.
This session is also designed for Intermediate to Advanced students who are comfortable inverting and performing leg hangs with confidence. Students must have either completed the Pole Intro & Level One or have received prior instructor approval if taught in another facility. This session is meant to take your pole training to the next level of power, elegance, and flexibility. You'll learn to string together increasingly difficult combinations and build your own style and ability to seamlessly transition from one move to the next.
That is why pole dancing is perfect for beginner and advance level dancers both.
